Can I take the goods in a shop?

We do not have any shops, you can only buy via web shop - with delivery.


Does the price include VAT?

No, the marked prices are NET prices in all cases. If you do not have any valid EU taxnumber, 20% VAT will be added to the invoice.


Can we get invoice?

We provide invoice for all products which you can find either in the package or you receive it via post.


How long does it take to get the package?

If the product is on stock, you can get the product according to the following possibilities offered at the delivery options:

  • within 24 hours
  • within 72 hours

In case of far away countries you should calculate with 3-5 working days as delivery time
Neither us, nor the courier work on Saturday or Sunday

How much does the delivery cost?

The delivery cost depends on the weight of the ordered products. The shop calculates automatically the delivery costs relating to the order which you can check at the menupoint of delivery before payment.

Unfortunately we cannot give precise timing but he will arrive during working hours.


Will the courier call me before arriving?

Unfortunately we cannot give any information as it depends on the courier but he will surely call you if he cannot find anyone at the given address.


If nobody is there at the given address, what will happen?

If the courier cannot find anyone at the given address, he will call you on the phone number you gave in your order and you can agree on another date which is suitable for you or he will bring your order to the place you are.


What should I do if the package is damaged?

If your package seems to be damaged or tore or broken, please ask damage record from the courier, fill it up and get the courier to sign it.

 


 

How can you purchase excluding VAT?

Companies have the possibilities to buy excluding VAT if they have valid EU taxnumber, which is given during registration.

Our system will check the given number, in case of false or unreal number we cannot deliver your orders excluding VAT!
